Shipping policy

How long does it take to receive my order?  

We strive to have orders delivered to your door in 3-7 business days from the date of purchase. This includes 1-2 days for processing time and then another 2-5 days for delivery. Unortunately, shipping carriers often run into delivery delays, which are outside of our control. Please note, we cannot guarantee shipments on weekends, so orders placed Friday evening through Sunday evening may not go out the door until Monday, at the earliest. 

International shipments have variable shipping times, depending on the final destination. Most international orders arrive between 10 and 14 days after leaving our warehouse, but can take up to 2 months depending on Customs.  

These shipping timelines are intended only as estimates. Punk Bunny Coffee is not liable for orders that have longer shipping times.  

What if I put the wrong address for shipping? 

Please let us know if your shipping address is incorrect as soon as possible. Due to the speed at which our shipping process moves, we cannot guarantee that your order will be caught in time. Once your order leaves our warehouse, Punk Bunny Coffer is not responsible for any costs incurred by incorrect shipping information or missed deliveries. 

How can I track my package? 

After you hit “place order” you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order ships (usually within 24 hours), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and an expected delivery date. 

If you are a subscriber, you can always log in to your account to check your latest order status under the “order history” section.  

What should I do if the tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it? 

First, look for the delivery location in the tracking information. This will give you more information about where exactly your package was dropped (i.e. door, mailbox, garage) so you can check that specific location. If your package was delivered via FedEx or UPS, there may also be a photo included, showing exactly where your package was delivered. 

If you still can't find the package, double check your order confirmation and see whether the correct shipping address was entered. If there was an error in the shipping address, reach out to YourFriends@PunkBunnyCoffee.com for help. 

Lastly, check with your neighbors and housemates to see if they received the package on your behalf. 

If none of the above are successful and your order doesn't show up within 48 hours, please reach out toYourFriends@PunkBunnyCoffee.com and confirm your shipping address so we can investigate further. Don't worry, we will make sure you get your goods!

USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. 

We cannot guarantee a specific carrier will be used for your shipment. For special shipment requests, please contact YourFriends@PunkBunnyCoffee.com BEFORE you place your order.  

Where do you ship? 

We ship worldwide! Hooray! If shipping outside the United States, please allow extra time for delivery.
